|Maintenance of Records: We retain and
are responsible for the safekeeping of all Gift Annuity (“GA”)
records including information about donor contributions, payments
to annuitants, annuity agreements, GA investments and other
related financial records of the gift annuity program.
Preparation of Tax Forms: We prepare all
applicable federal Forms 1099-R and 1096 for the Charity’s
gift annuitants by the required filing dates.
Gift Annuity Payments: We assist in making timely GA payments
to the annuitants.
Charitable Deduction Calculations and Gift Receipts: Upon
gift to the GA, we prepare a charitable deduction calculation
and gift receipt letter for each donor.
